PD Project Delivery was founded on a straightforward idea: put experienced, hands-on people where they're needed most and let them do what they do best.
After 15 years delivering civil and rail projects across the UK and Australia, PD’s Director, Paul Doherty, had seen what the wrong placement costs a project in time, budget and reputation. Eight years on, PD’s approach to project rescue has been embedded across some of Australia's most complex civil construction, infrastructure and BESS programmes.
PD Project Delivery was founded on a straightforward idea: put experienced, hands-on people where they're needed most and let them do what they do best.
